Augusta, Ga. - New information about a shooting on Augusta's south side.

An incident report says Michael Garnett of Augusta was shot a little after two Sunday afternoon near Cedar Grove Apartments on Richmond Hill Road.

Garnett was shot in the shoulder. Deputies say he and his wife were visiting his mother at the apartment complex.

They say the man's wife took him to MCGHealth.

No word on whether an arrest has been made.
