Relatively good weather is expected for travel today especially over the Southeast and middle sections of the country.

Thanksgiving Day trouble areas

Lake Effect snows will lessen over western PA and upstate NY. Snow and rain are likely in Denver, and this could result in some significant weather delays for flights headed west and connecting at Denver International.

Expect cold and breezy conditions with sunshine for New York City and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (airing on NBC Augusta from 9am to noon). The high in NYC today will be 44.
