AUGUSTA, Ga. - Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is urging Georgia voters to back Sen. Saxby Chambliss in Tuesday's runoff with Democrat Jim Martin.

The former vice presidential candidate rallied with Chambliss across the state Monday. She told a cheering crowd in Augusta that the first step in rebuilding the GOP begins with their southern state.

"The eyes of the nation are on you Georgia and the eyes of the nation are on what happens here tomorrow," said Palin.

Palin's campaign appearances in Georgia for Chambliss were her first since she and Republican presidential nominee John McCain lost to Democrats Barack Obama and Joe Biden on Nov. 4.

Vendors in Augusta sold bright pink “Palin 2012” T-shirts and “Palin for President: You Go Girl'' buttons.

YOU get a life. Palin has ignored the unethical leadership in the Alaska National Guard. Generals Campbell and Kacass are unethical leaders who pander to their cronies and ignore ethical procedures. They are not leaders but self serving politicians and policy writers. So you get a Life. Voice of Reason What a joke!!!
