AUGUSTA, Ga.- The second trial for a man charged with murder for hire is underway.

Lorenzo Lindsey pleaded not guilty to killing Marcus Taylor in 2002. Prosecutors said Lindsey wanted Taylor dead because he testified against him in another murder trial.

In 2003, the Georgia Supreme court reversed a lower court's conviction because the jury heard improper evidence.
