Investigators say some burglaries in Edgefield County linked

EDGEFIELD COUNTY, S.C. – The string of burglaries and thefts in Edgefield County is growing and investigators say some are linked.

So far there have been about 15 burglaries in the past few weeks.

Several of those were in the Martintown Road area where investigators say they've found a connection.

In all, the thieves have taken more than $100,000 in valuables including jewelry and electronics.
