AUGUSTA, Ga. - What do you think about fireworks on the fourth of July? 26 News asked viewers during RiverBlast Saturday night.

What do you like about Fireworks?

“I like the atmosphere; it gives everybody the chance to come together.”

“How they like form in shapes, it’s like pretty.”

“[We like] the crowd and the food.”

“July fourth was the independence of the United States and we look forward celebrating,” one viewer said. He and his wife were sharing their one year anniversary.

“It’s just great, when people can come out here, have a good time, be safe and enjoy their family.”

The fireworks display started at 9:30 p.m. and lasted until 10:00 p.m.

my boyfriend and i were there. we've been together for 10 months and this was the first time we saw fireworks together. i was so happy to be there with him and his family. we made some great memories and i had a wonderful time. happy 4th of july everyone!!
