AUGUSTA, Ga. – This week’s Restaurant Report Card features three perfect scores and showcases Zee’s Southern Cuisine on Tobacco Road in Augusta.

In Aiken County, Ruby Tuesday's at 1183 Knox Ave in North Augusta and Maria's Mexican Restaurant on East Pine Log Road in Aiken both received perfect scores.

In Richmond County, the Barnes and Noble Cafe at the Augusta Mall also scored a 100.

Moving on with our lowest scores of the week in Columbia County, Goldtown Buffet on Wrightsboro Road in Grovetown scored a 64.

Points were taken off for several food items not covered, employees not washing hands after leaving restroom and raw food stored over cooked food.

Coming in with a 78 is Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse on Washington Road in Augusta.

Some of their violations were the sushi freezer was rusted, food wasn't properly thawed and food contact surfaces weren't properly sanitized.

Finally, it's a 79 for Tee's Restaurant on Greene Street in Augusta.
Points were deducted for food kept at improper temperatures, employees not wearing hair restraints and the kitchen needed cleaning.

Keep in mind that each score is based on the day the health inspector went to that restaurant.

This week's scores are for June 29 - July 3.

You need to do a story on who inspects Ft Gordons restaurants. Me and my wife(a Rich Co Health Insp) went to Godfathers on post one day and found mold covering a piece of cucumber at the salad bar. I went to Huddle House on post today and they dont wear gloves. I watched the cook put raw meat on the grill, then go over and handle bread and other food with no gloves.
