North Augusta bank robbery suspect arrested

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - North Augusta Public Safety says a wanted bank robbery suspect has been arrested.

Sherrod Miller was taken into custody during a traffic stop in Atlanta on Wednesday.

He is charged with robbing the Wachovia on Georgia Avenue earlier this month.

Miller is in jail in the Atlanta area. North Augusta officers are waiting on his extradition.
