AUGUSTA, Ga.- The Augusta Solicitor's Office is looking into whether community activist Woody Merry violated a court agreement.
NBC Augusta 26 News was there during Merry's heated presentation during the Augusta Commission's budget meeting on Thursday.
He was ordered not to act out in public meetings following a 2008 simple battery case. That was after a physical confrontation between him and then-coliseum authority member William Fennoy.
The solicitor says he will make a decision about Merry next week.
