GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Lincolnton man charged with murder after his speeding Maserati plowed into a Greenville, S.C., home is scheduled to be in court today.
John Ludwig's attorneys won't give a reason for the appearance, but in September a judge decided Ludwig didn't have to wear an ankle monitor any longer.
Ludwig's attorneys have said he lost control after swerving to miss several deer, but authorities say he was driving more than 85 miles per hour and lost control.
