Lead Prompts Recall Of Children's Water Bottles

NBC NEWS- About 18,000 children's metal water bottles have been recalled.

The water bottles are made by the Downeast Concepts company and sold under the name "Backyard and Beyond."

They're recalled because paint used to decorate the bottles has high levels of lead. Lead can be toxic to children.

The water bottles were sold at various stores between February 2006 and February 2008.

If you have one of the bottles you can contact the company at 800-343-2424 or shopbackyard-beyond.com.
