Underaged sex chat lands man from Aiken County in jail

A man is in Aiken county jail accused of chatting with who he thought was a 13-year old girl. He was actually communicating with an investigator.

Aiken County Sheriff deputies arrested Carroll McIntosh, he is charged with attempted criminal sexual misconduct.

Investigators say McIntosh began chatting online Monday for a few hours, when he said he wanted to meet with the 13-year old girl for sexual relations.

Investigators arrested him during a traffic stop.
