Solicitor: Try teen as adult in 8-year-old's death
GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - A Greenville prosecutor says he wants to Solicitor Bob Ariail said Tuesday that he has filed a motion asking that Family Court waive its jurisdiction over the teen's case and allow him to be tried as an adult. What he did was absolutely an evil planned out act upon an innocent child. It seems that more and more murders are being committed by younger people. If they are tried as a "child", they will continue on the path of destruction and cause pain to others and their families. Murder is murder regardless of someone's age.
