AUGUSTA, Ga.- People in the Graniteville-area have to start paying their high-priced water bills.
The South Carolina Supreme Court threw out a lower court's decision to put a temporary hold on Avondale Mills' increased rates.
The high court ruled the Public Service Commission should have handled the issue.
Some customers saw their bills jump as high as 700 percent. We're told many have already filed an appeal to this latest decision.
