One of Aiken's Most Wanted arrested

AIKEN, S.C. - A man on Aiken Public Safety’s Most Wanted list has been arrested.

Ernest Sherrod Croft was arrested in the Shiloh Heights area of Aiken County on Thursday.

Croft is charged with assault with attempt to kill from a shooting that happened in Crosland Park in August.

The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office assisted Aiken Public Safety with the arrest.
