Woman charged with stealing thousands from employer

SALUDA, S.C. - A Batesburg woman is charged after investigators say she took around $36,000 from her employer to pay off debts.

Judy Lynn Bedenbaugh is charged with "breach of trust."

Sheriff's investigators are conducting an audit and say that Bedenbaugh admitted to them she used the money to pay off credit cards.

She is out of jail on bond.
