NEW INFORMATION: Judge Sentences Men In Augusta Parks Sex Sting

By NBC Augusta Staff

We have a follow up about several of the men accused of soliciting sex from undercover officers in Augusta.

On Monday a judge sentenced James Martin, Robert Duggar, Frank Ricci, Charles Odum, John Gregory, and Paul Troncalli to probation and fined them a $1,000 each on disorderly conduct charges.

The judge also told them to stay away from Richmond County parks.

Four other men were also charged. Harry Taylor was acquitted. William Hinson's case is pending.

Francis Delong and Lee Inglett, who both pled no contest in March, were sentenced to probation and community service.

The men were arrested during undercover stings at Pendleton King Park and a parking area at the Augusta Canal back in February.
