Band Director Arrested Following School Sex Scandal

Richmond County deputies arrested former Butler High School band director Anthony Shelton Friday afternoon. Shelton faces several charges including child molestation. He's accused of having sex with two teenage girls and making inappropriate comments to several other students. Shelton resigned from his position at the school in March following allegations of misconduct that were not related to this sex scandal. Investigators tell NBC Augusta they questioned several students and Shelton about his behavior before arresting him.
