CarMax bringing new center and jobs to Augusta

CarMax broke ground on its new Augusta site at I-20 and Wheeler Road Thursday afternoon.

A company representative tells NBC Augusta the new center will bring about 80 jobs to the area.

CarMax is expected to open February 2009.

The company is the nation's largest retailer of used cars.
