By NBC Augusta Producers

A man charged with three counts of Peeping Tom in Augusta has been indicted by a grand jury.

Investigators say Charles Tremblay was seen on surveillance video peeping up a woman's skirt at the Target in the Augusta Exchange in June. Tremblay is charged with another incident that took place at the same Target also in June.

The third incident allegedly took place in November at the Augusta Mall.
