SLED cracks down on drugs and gang activity in Allendale County

SLED has cracked down on drug and gang activity in Allendale County during Operation Gang Busters.

Starting June 15 investigators arrested 17 people in Allendale.

The operation, which also involved Hampton County, led to the seizure of marijuana and crack cocaine.

More than 100 gang members were identified.

Over 50 law enforcement officers teamed up for Operation Gang Busters.
