Martinez woman missing since Halloween

APPLING, Ga. - The Columbia County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing woman.

Jessica Proctor, 20, was last seen on Halloween leaving her residence in Martinez around 3 p.m. in an unknown vehicle with a female known only as Janice.

Proctor has various tattoos on her lower back, shoulders, wrist, and lower leg. Proctor is 5'2" tall and weighs 136 pounds. She sometimes goes by the name "Misty," and has worked as a dancer in the past.
