Although Jeff is 46 years young, he started out 30 years ago as a fry cook in a Chinese restaurant and hasn't stopped since. Jeff climbed the ranks and then went on to graduate Johnson & Wales in 1983 with a Culinary Arts degree. Jeff has won many awards with his food, and has worked as an Executive Chef at several resorts and has held a General Manager position with the Olive Garden in NH. Jeff has owned a couple of restaurants in NH, 3 Pizzerias in Massachusetts and now Cutie Pies and the Garlic Clove in Evans where he and his wife have decided to settle with their 3 children. Chef Jeff writes a monthly advice column for Pizza Today Magazine since winning Best Pizza Across America in 2000 at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. Jeff also leads seminars at that same Expo in Vegas every year. How many Chef¹s are preachers? This one is. Jeff serves as Pastor of Dunn¹s Chapel United Methodist Church in Appling. Jeff hopes to spend the second half of his career doing more teaching, and figuring a way to bring his ministry and Culinary skills together for a Culinary Ministry.
