The scenario in region 5 single A is as follows, if Bamberg could beat Blackville Friday night they would wrap up the region title. But if Blackville pulled the upset then we have a three way tie for first in the region and a tie breaking scenario that would make a Harvard chemistry professors head spin like the little girl in the exorcist.

Lead by a first half touchdown from Brandell Gilbert the Hawks would get the job done knocking off the Red Raiders 7 to 6.

Now after the dust settled on Friday we have a three way tie for the region title, but after all the tie breaking scenarios Bamberg still holds a slight edge. In the end though it will ultimately come down to what Blackville, Bamberg and Allendale do the last two weeks of the regular season that will determine the winner.
