He's a two time Olympian and he calls Harlem home. Reese Hoffa is resting in Beijing after his big day.

"Words can't describe it, not many people can wear this shirt," said dad Steve Hoffa, showing off his 'two-time olympian dad' shirt. "He's a unique individual, very resilient."

Reese Hoffa has a lot of support, from dad Steve and a neighbor across the street -- following in his footsteps.

"I hope to go to London 2012 in Archery," said Phillip Baldowski.

He went to the Olympic Trials this year for Archery. He says the big man across the street has been a big inspiration.

"It's pretty exciting to see all the signs and stuff," he said.

But all the support and all the love was not quite enough.

Hoffa finished in seventh place -- not bad at all, but not the gold he wanted.

"I feel bad, because I'm sure he's pretty down on himself," said Steve Hoffa. "But in a couple of weeks he'll be going at it again.

Whatever his place -- there's still plenty of pride in Hoffa -- Harlem's man in Beijing. Everyone knows he'll be back.

"I still believe his goal is to get the gold before he retires," his dad said.
"I hope me and him both get gold in 2012," said Baldowski.
