The Stanley Cup finals have just ended and summer has just started, so hockey might not be on many people's minds right now.
But if area kids are interested in learning the game, Mid-July might be the best time.
Lynx forward Dan Sullivan is hosting the inaugural "Come and Get It" hockey clinic at the Ice Sports Center. It runs July 10th through the 14th.
One big thing that's different about this clinic is part of the profits will go to the Ronald McDonald House of Augusta.
Several players with ECHL, AHL, and even NHL experience will be helping out at the clinic.
