Silver Bluff clinches fourth straight region title with rout of Pelion
There are 13 seniors on this years Silver Bluff football team none of whom know what it's like to not be region champions. Entering this season the Bulldogs had won three straight 5-2A region crowns and on Thursday night they made it four in a row with a 35-7 vicotry over Pelion. Read more »

Lakeside improves to 3 and oh after 16-0 win over Glenn Hills
Through the first two weeks of the high school football season no team had been a bigger surprise than Lakeside. The Panthers were 2 and oh for the first time since the 2003 season. On Friday night they were looking to make it 3 and oh and get a little pay back at the same time as they took on a Glenn Hills club that beat them 34-14 last season. Read more »
