The seniors on this years Evans team remembers their freshman year when the Knights won just one game. The seniors at ARC, well their team didn't win a game last season and only one the year before. Coming into Friday nights meeting both schools had already punched their playoff tickets.

On their opening drive of the game the Knights would convert twice on third and long to keep the drive going. It would eventually be capped with an 8 yard touchdown run from Johnathan Finch. A Jamie Galvin field goal would put Evans up 10 to nothing in the second quarter. ARC would eventually get something going when quarter back Marquan Medlock found Dee Howard for a 38 yard gain. The Muskateers would cut to lead to three on a touchdown run from Jarel Anderson. It wasn't enough as Evans won 27 to 10.
