Emanuel County Institute currently owns the longest winning streak in the state of Georgia at 28 games and counting. If they could make it 29 they would play for the State Championship for the second year in a row.

The Bulldogs got off to a good start as future Georgia running back Washaun Ealey scored on a 23 yard touchdown run. After that their defense would take over holding Wilkinson County to 7 points. ECI will play for the State Title for the second year in a row by virtue of the 15-7 victory.

Awaiting them in the State Title Game will be Wesleyan, who knocked out Lincoln County in the other State Semi-Final, 20-12. The Red Devils finish the season 12-2.
