On a soggy night in Johnston, SC Strom Thurmond rode a 17-0 halftime lead to a 24-0 blanking of Chapin. Lee Sawyers rebels are playing down a classification in South Carolina 2A this season. NBC Augusta Sports Director Stan Byrdy has all the highlights from Edgefield County.

NBC Augusta's Jason Folk was in Barnwell where the Warhorses beat Hunter-Kinard-Tyler 31-6... Barnwell led 7-6 at halftime.
