AUGUSTA, GA - It was hot outside tonight... calliente... but it felt much cooler because of that dew point thing... which didn't matter much to the GreenJackets... whose bats were on fire against the Lexington Legends... on a night in which the fans were on in the stands... though there were not many fans in the stands.

The big inning for Augusta was the bottom of the 6th the when the GreenJackaets struck for 4 runs... getting a pair on Johnny Monell's gap shot double to left center scoring Ehire Adziana and Wendell Fairley to make it 3-2 'Jackets... they'd go up 4-2 as Vlady Frias triples to the wall sending Monell home... and when Dom Dugann beats out a bunt single... Frias scores... hace frio? no... hace calor... Augusta wins 7 to 2 to remain in second place a half game back of Asheville in the second half race.
