Payback is tough in sports... and in the wake of that Lynx 7-1 Aaron Slattengren hat trick victory against Florida last night... the 'Blades came ready to play in this one.

In responce to last nights Slattengren hat trick...Floridas Derek Damon scored a natural hat trick against the Lynx tonight with 3 goals in the first period... 3-0 Florida after one.

And while the Lynx awaited play in the second period... which was delayed for the better part of an hour when players noticed a small puddle of water at the far end of James Brown Arena. Officials gassed down the ice with CO2 to keep it frozen... unofficial word was that a couple of pipes burst under the ice had burst at the Arena.

That was the least of the Lynx worries tonight as they simply could not regain the form from last nights 7-1 vicotry against Florida. In a near reversal of fortunes, the Everblades turn back the Lynx 6-1... Geoff Peters late score accounted for Augusta's only score on the night.
