Stan Byrdy

The first place Wildcatters entered Augusta with a record of 44-6. With Texas up 2-0 in the second Matt Auffrey scored the only goal of the night for the Lynx, with an assist from Louie Goulet and Bobby Bolt... who The Sporting News says is the best name in all of hockey. Goulet's quest for a goal that would tie the franchise's alltime career mark will have to wait at least another game... as the Texas Wildcatters win it 3-1. The Lynx travel to Gwinnett this Saturday and return to James Brown Arena for a game against the Gladiators on Sunday.
