The 60 year old Marks has coached nearly 1,000 games in 13 seasons with Charlotte, Greenville and Pensacola... and has won two ECHL championships, the Riley Cup with Charlotte in 1996 and the Kelly Cup in 2002 with Greenville.

Prior to his coaching career, Marks totalled 275 pooints (112 goals, 163 assists) and 330 penalty minutes in 657 regular season games iin 10 seasons as a defenseman with the Chicago Blackhawks.
