For the past 23 years Fletcher Handley has enjoyed the next best thing to professional golf.

As a volunteer at the Augusta National, it's his job to part the sea of visitors.

"I work this rope and assist the players if they're out on the fairway or on the green," he said.

He doesn't get paid money, but Handley says the job has given him a wealth of memories. He is one of hundreds of volunteers at the Masters every year.

Others hold on to memories of their favorite last round. But more than anything these volunteers say they've grown to enjoy serving others.
