Tiger Points To U.S. Open

BETHESDA, Md. (AP) _ Tiger Woods says he's on schedule to play
the U.S. Open. Woods walked with a slight limp when he made an appearance Tuesday to plug his own AT&T National, which he will host in July.

But much of the focus was on his left knee, which required
arthroscopic surgery on April 15. Woods had hoped to return in time to play the Memorial tournament this week, but he said his knee is still stiff and his game is still rusty. When asked about the U.S. Open, which begins June 12, Woods said he's right on schedule for that tournament.
