Stealing a line from the Georgia Lottery itself... you cant win if you don't play... and the injured Tiger Woods is not playing in this years event... but as golfers circle for this cash grab in Georgia they are also mindful that it's Tiger who set the table for this feast. The Tour's top 30 golfers will compete... with Vijay Singh the favorite to win the Fed Ex Cup.
