AUGUSTA, Ga. - Parents are an important part of most sports programs success, for Saint Mary on the Hill they are vital. All the sports programs at the school are coached by the parents on a volunteer basis, including Saint Mary's soccer team.

"We don't have the resources of some of the other schools so we have to rely on parents for all of our sporting programs. I love the game so I took it upon myself and volunteered last year and took it on again this year." said Keith Craw, Saint Mary's Head Coach.

What makes Saint Mary's soccer team NBC Augusta 26's team of the week? Head coach Keith Craw says it's the pride the boys take not only in playing for their school, but also their church.

"They are the team of the week because they love the game and they get out here and have fun. There are kids that play at more highly competitive levels, but they are playing for their church and school here." said Craw.
