See the Space Station

By Jeff Rucker jrucker@nbcaugusta.com

(NASA) Space Shuttle Discovery remains docked with the International Space Station (ISS) through at least June 8. Sky watchers in Europe and North America can see the two spaceships gliding overhead almost every night this week. The ISS is as bright as Venus or Jupiter, so even people in light-polluted cities can see it.

Here are the viewing times for Augusta. For other areas, use this NASA website to calculate the exact viewing times.
