Southeast Ga. lashed by Fay
FOLKSTON, Ga. (AP) - Tropical Storm Fay has toppled trees onto Charlton County emergency management director Monroe Todd said Police closed the pier on St. Simons Island as turbulent waters at high tide sent waves crashing over it. Some roads near the beach had minor flooding.
