Need help getting children home!!!

dfcs had took the children mother is done with the case plan but because the mother is pregnant they are trying to take the permantly away even though she has remarried on june 25,06. Her rights have been violated we need a lawer to help fight are case. please if anyone can help call 803-239-6146

Can't emphasis this enough - GET A LAWYER NOW! See if he/she will work with the family - violation of contract - if the plan stated children would be returned at it's end. Find some point that can be challenged - on what grounds were kids removed?
