Spotter Vernon sends this photo of a small funnel cloud he spotted over Langley. Vernon relayed the report via ham radio to help forecasters know the intensity of the storm. Vernon said it was classically shaped but never approached the ground. He took the photo around 6:45pm June 18 with his cell phone.
