NBC 26's Weather Forecaster Rich Rogers and Anchor Steve Kuzj were walking outside when the skies turned cloudy. Luckily, Steve was prepared and had his umbrella. Rich did not bring his umbrella because he was confident it wouldn't rain in his forecast.
